NEMCC WIN Job Center/WIOA staff provide a wide array of services including employment support, education, training, human services and economic development. WIN is the Workforce Investment Network in Mississippi designed to provide convenient one-stop support for job seekers and employers. For our district, we administer funding provided under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014.

Job seekers have access to office equipment to help them with job searches. We also assist them in preparing for the interview, offer skill and aptitude testing, career assessments, and can help provide assistance through individual training accounts.
Employers rely on the WIN Job Center for job postings, a pool of available and skilled workers, and support of on-the-job supplement programs that reduce the cost of hiring and training new workers. In the event of a company closure or layoff, WIN provides Rapid Response services for the workforce who will soon be searching for a job.

The WIN Job Centers are funded by the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) through Northeast Mississippi Community College (Lead Operator), Mississippi Partnership, Three Rivers Planning and Development and the Mississippi Department of Employment Services.
